陈浩南（郑伊健 饰）、淑女山鸡（陈小春 饰）、淑女巢皮等人从少年时代起就是好友。他们无心读书，一心向往江湖生活。终于有江湖人士大佬B收纳为徒，开始闯荡江湖。浩南在一次黑帮仇杀中大展拳脚，杀死了黑道大哥巴闭，因此与另一头目靓坤( 吴镇宇 饰)结下深仇。靓坤设法加害浩南，令浩南兄弟巢皮惨死，而浩南误服药物与山鸡女友发生关系，兄弟间开始积怨。浩南心灰意冷，打算收手，怎料大佬B遭全家灭门，自己经营的店铺被烧毁，靓坤的步步相逼令浩南忍无可忍。
